- Purifier model and serial number
- Write brand, model and serial. Filter kits differ by model, and the serial links the visit to the warranty or AMC record for that particular unit.
- Input and output TDS readings
- Measuring total dissolved solids before and after service shows the customer the purifier is working. Recording both readings on the bill justifies a membrane change and helps set the right TDS controller level.
- Filters and membrane replaced
- List each item changed: sediment filter, pre-carbon, post-carbon, RO membrane, UV lamp. Customers often suspect that filters were not actually changed; a named list with quantities answers that.
- AMC plan and visit number
- For AMC customers, show the plan, period and visit number, such as visit 2 of 3. It tells the customer which parts are covered and which are chargeable extra.
- Next service due date
- Purifiers need periodic filter replacement. Printing the next due date reminds the customer and gives the business a reason to contact them.
- Installation address and water source
- Bore well, municipal or tanker water changes how quickly filters clog. Recording the source helps explain frequent filter changes and supports the recommended service interval.
