This policy explains how Betterwork ("we") handles personal data submitted on billingsoftware.co. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
What we collect: the details you enter in our forms (name, email, phone, business details, tax registration number if provided), the page you came from and campaign parameters, and a one-way hash of your IP address for fraud prevention.
Why: to respond to your request, arrange demos and trials, and improve our website. We do not sell personal data.
Security: phone numbers and tax IDs are encrypted at rest (AES-256); access is restricted by role and logged.
Your rights: under India's DPDP Act 2023, the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Erasure removes your personal data and keeps only a record that it occurred.
Retention: lead data is kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless you become a customer.
