Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial first

Every new customer can use a free trial before paying. Use it to confirm that the software suits your business; nothing is charged until you choose a plan.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you pay for a plan and are not satisfied, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to the first payment on a new subscription only.

Monthly plans

Cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@billingsoftware.co. Access continues until the end of the paid month; no further charges are made. Payments for months already used are not refunded, except under the 14-day guarantee.

Annual plans

Annual plans are discounted in exchange for the longer commitment. After the 14-day guarantee window, cancellation stops the next renewal but the remaining months are not refunded, except where the law of your country gives you a different right.

When a refund is always given

• We charged you by mistake or charged twice.
• A service outage caused by us lasted more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period (pro-rata refund for the affected period).
• We withdraw a feature you paid for and do not provide an equivalent.

Add-ons and services

One-time services such as data migration, custom template design and training are non-refundable once delivered. If we have not started the work, they are refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@billingsoftware.co from your registered email with your business name and the invoice number. We confirm within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days; your bank may take a further 5-10 days to show it.

Your data after cancellation

You can export invoices, customers, items and reports at any time. After cancellation your data stays available in read-only mode for 90 days, then is deleted, except records we must keep by law.
