- Model or design code
- Factories make repeat designs. A model code ties the invoice to the catalogue or approved drawing and makes reorders and warranty claims straightforward.
- Primary material
- State solid wood species, plywood, MDF, particle board or steel. Material affects price and durability and also helps confirm whether a bamboo or cane piece genuinely qualifies for 5%.
- Finish and colour
- Record laminate code, veneer, PU polish or powder coating. Finish is often the source of customer complaints, and a finish code makes replacements easy.
- Dimensions
- Print length, width and height. Custom and modular furniture is priced by size, and buyers check delivered pieces against the agreed dimensions.
- Installation status
- Say whether assembly or installation is included, charged separately, or not included. Installation done at a client's site may need a separate service line.
- Warranty period
- Mention the warranty term on the invoice. It sets the buyer's expectations and simplifies service claims without searching old emails.
